This is the shop we designed for Loreak Mendian in Paris (inside the Printemps department store).

Since it's a shop within a shop, it's important to use a more "explicit" design language than is typically used in Loreak Mendian stores, as there's a risk that people will walk right past and not notice your concept.

In this case, we had a double inspiration:
- On the one hand, we took the shop's layout from what is surely the most iconic building in San Sebastián, the Labayen and Aizpurua Yacht Club. This served as inspiration for the shop's shape and its central table.
- On the other hand, we looked to another building that isn't too far removed stylistically: Eileen Grey's E-1027 house. We drew inspiration from its railings and the way the textiles are arranged (in the same way they were used on boats).

Printemps suggested the green color. We are very happy with the result, as the shop is quite eye-catching. background, the most important thing of all.
